Client needs

We were approached by Matt’s Surf Lodge following recommendation by another client. The business is seasonal, so the key requirement was an outsourced bookkeeping service that had flexibility.

Outcome

Although the business is in Newquay, we see the Managing Director just about as often as most of our other clients – which is quite rarely! The paperwork is posted or faxed to us and we do the rest.  We provide a ‘virtual accounts office’ without fixed overheads or the need to employ staff.  Although we’re not local to each other, we’re available on the end of the phone or email, so it’s almost like having an office next door.
