Payslips delivered securely to your employees
Payslips are delivered direct to your employees through our secure ePayslip portal. Employees have access to all of their payslips, so no more time spent dealing with lost payslips and requests for reissues.
The secure portal can also be used to provide employees with their annual P60 Tax Certificate and other employment documents. When a new payslip or document is available to view, employees receive an email or SMS message to alert them.
Reports - so that you are in control
We will provide a full set of monthly reports with departmental analysis if required, and at the end of the year we will deal with the statutory returns to HMRC.
We can assist with your Auto Enrolment responsibilities to set up a new Workplace Pension Scheme that is just right for your business and employee profile.
Our payroll software integrates directly with many workplace pension schemes to ensure accurate and timely transfer of pension contributions and updates to for employees, opt outs, opt ins, and leavers.
Compliance & Security
Our Payroll Service is run in-house using industry leading software that is HMRC approved and automatically updated in line with changes in legislation. We are registered as bureau with HMRC and file on-line.
All of our software is hosted in-house on our own servers and backed up automatically overnight. We do not use any on-line hosted software for our ‘mission critical’ operations.
We can also provide specialist qualified support for HR issues including Employment Contracts, recruitment, grievance and discipline, termination, redundancy, mediation, etc.
