Based in Poole, Pinevale Plumbing & Heating Ltd undertakes subcontract plumbing and heating installations for a number of leading building companies in Dorset.

When we first met with the directors they explained that they wanted something more than just an outsourced bookkeeping service.
They needed us to deal with the routine accounting, the quarterly VAT returns, CIS Returns, provide management accounts as needed, and prepare the company year end accounts. In addition, they also wanted some general business support and a payroll service.
We looked at the business and set up simple systems to help efficiency.
We deliver an ongoing service, providing the support that the directors require. We’re on hand whenever they need us, just as if we were employed by them full time – but at a fraction of the cost. And they are able to call on our broader business experience for extra help when needed.
Since we started using "The Back office environment" which Bonita offers at AccountsTeam, we have the confidence that VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax and National Insurance (the things we all dislike and have sleepless nights over) are sorted.
It makes running our business a lot more enjoyable and some times I think even possible!!
